As we begin the new year, both towers of Privé have reached their full height and are nearly fully sheathed in the soaring panes of glass that will deliver the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling views for which Privé is already well known.
As the latest construction images attest, everything is falling perfectly into place. What the photos do not show is the stunning progress being made inside the towers, where interior spaces from intimate to grand are being meticulously brought to life, as envisioned by Julia Chi, Lead Designer for Florida’s pre-eminent interior design firm, Interiors by Steven G.
Simultaneously, Ms. Chi is overseeing the completion of the first fully realized Privé residence, which will soon make its debut as our furnished model home.
As the construction cranes begin to vanish from the skies over the Aventura Intracoastal, the dream will awaken into action, as Privé at Island Estates is delivered into reality next summer.
